Do I need an account?
No visitor account is required for public tools. The administrator panel is separate and reserved for site management.
Are files uploaded?
It depends on the tool. Browser tools process files locally. Server tools upload files; check the explanation on the tool page.
Why has my download link stopped working?
Server links expire after about 60 minutes. Download the result before then. Browser-generated results may disappear when you close the page.
What if OCR or conversion is wrong?
Try a clearer original, the correct OCR language or a smaller file. Complex layouts, scan quality and fonts affect results. Compare important text and tables with the original.
Will tools work if I reject analytics?
Yes. Statistics are optional. Essential security and session features continue.
