Using the service
Use Utilgo lawfully and within your authority. Tools are offered with their current features and limits; available tools, file limits and availability may change.
Your content and authority
You retain rights to content you upload or process. You must have the rights and, where relevant, an appropriate basis for processing personal data. Your request authorizes use of the content only to perform the requested operation.
Unacceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, access other people’s accounts or systems without permission, overload the service, evade limits or process unlawful content. Requests may be restricted for security or abuse prevention.
Limitations of results
OCR text, document layout, extracted tables and images may be inaccurate or incomplete. Keep original copies and check important outputs. Version notes apply to password hashes; generating a hash does not automatically change a CRM account or database. No uninterrupted service, particular result or data-recovery guarantee is offered.
Third parties and mandatory rights
External lookup services have their own terms and limits. Utilgo branding, site content, third-party software and datasets remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences.
