Operator and scope
This notice describes the current data-processing arrangements of utilgo.net, operated by Gsetsoft. The operator lists Türkiye / United States as operating countries and info@gsetsoft.com as the contact address. This does not mean files are stored exclusively in those countries.
Browser and server tools
In browser-based tools, the selected file or text is not uploaded to perform the tool’s operation. Password and CRM hash generation also stays in your browser; passwords and generated hashes are not sent to our server.
Server tools use uploaded files, filenames, processing options and outputs to carry out your request. We do not use uploaded files to train models or create public content.
Technical records and purposes
Server jobs may record a job identifier, tool, language, status, timestamps, errors and a keyed IP digest used to limit abuse. The web server can also log IP addresses, request addresses, dates, browser details and response status. These records support service delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention.
Optional statistics
With your permission, we count tool-page views and approximate visits by country. Country lookup uses a local IP database; visitor IPs are not sent to an external location API. Statistics tables contain no IP address or file content. Country and interface language are different measures. You can withdraw permission through cookie preferences.
Retention and deletion
Server download links expire about 60 minutes after upload. Expired files are normally removed by cleanup running at five-minute intervals; active or problematic jobs can delay removal. Job records are cleaned from the live database about seven days after expiry.
Aggregate usage/country statistics and administration events are kept for about 90 days. Web access logs rotate weekly with four rotated copies. Application error logs and recovery backups are managed separately: the live database’s seven-day limit does not automatically apply to backup job records. Uploaded-file directories are not included in the application’s daily backup archive.
Emails and contact details are kept by the email service to answer requests and manage correspondence where needed. This site has no fixed automatic deletion period for email, application error logs or backup copies. Contact us with deletion requests.
Providers and external queries
Hosting and email providers may have technical access needed to run the service. DNS queries send the entered domain to Google Public DNS; IP/domain registration tools use RDAP services. HTTP and SSL tools connect to the target you specify. Do not enter secret URLs, access tokens or private-network information in these queries. Provider infrastructure may process data outside your country.
Processing conditions and your rights
Providing your requested service, securing it, answering correspondence and optional analytics are distinct purposes. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, legal duties or consent. Send information, access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal requests to info@gsetsoft.com. Requests are assessed under applicable law, identity verification and retention duties.
Changes
We update this page when processing arrangements change. Changing an analytics preference may not allow earlier aggregate counts to be separated by individual. Contact us with privacy or security questions.
Google AdSense and advertising choices
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device/browser details, cookies and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and permitted personalization. Advertising consent is separate from site statistics and is managed through Google’s privacy message. Where available, use the advertising privacy choices link in the footer to change your choices. Google services may process data internationally.
Client type measurement
Browser requests with statistics consent are estimated as human or unknown. Requests identifying as search bots, AI crawlers or automation also contribute to daily aggregate counters without additional cookies. Totals by type, declared client family and approximate country are kept for 90 days. This table stores no raw IP address, full user agent or URL. Classification is not definitive.
