Preparing an Email Signature: Design and Sending Checks
A useful signature helps recipients identify you and find the right contact channel. You need not fill every field; choose the contact details you actually use.

Enter your name, role, email and phone. Select a template and color, then build the preview. A consulting signature, for example, may only need a name, role and booking website. Before sending, check that links reach the intended destinations and text remains readable on a phone.
Email Signature Generator
Create a free HTML email signature with your name, role and contact details. Choose a template, preview and copy.
Build and copy the formatted signature. Paste into your email app’s signature editor, then send yourself a test message. The HTML file is an alternative for apps that accept HTML.
Logo and compatibility limits
The logo is linked, not embedded in the signature. Your name and contact details should remain readable when images are blocked. Email apps may alter formatting. If formatted copying fails, use plain text; pasting raw HTML into a rich-text editor can display the code rather than the signature.
Building the preview loads the logo from its own address. Recipients may block remote images; use a public, permanent HTTPS image URL.
