Resize Product Photos: Fit the Whole Image or Crop to Fill?
A store grid can look inconsistent when portrait and landscape photos are mixed. Shared output dimensions help, but making a square file is different from fitting the whole product inside it.

Try placing a tall bottle in a 1200 × 1200 pixel canvas. Contain keeps the whole photo and may leave surrounding space. Cover fills the canvas and may crop edges. If the label or cap disappears, choose contain.
Check the background and format
Add JPEG, PNG or WebP files and choose dimensions, background color and output format. The chosen background can fill transparent or empty space; this tool does not separate the object from its background. For a white background, inspect the exported edges as well.
Equal pixels do not mean equal product scale
Products can appear at different sizes if the originals have different surrounding margins. Crop unnecessary margins first. Process up to 20 photos, extract the ZIP and check label text and cut edges. Enlarging a small photo cannot recover detail absent from the source.
