Scope and assumptions
Keep the leave-day unit of the country model. Opening balance and used days must cover the same period. Verify the daily rate with payroll; leave value is gross and payable only on qualifying termination. For Türkiye, basic monthly gross / 30 may be entered. Other countries require their applicable leave-pay daily rate.
