Receipts to Excel: Expense Table From Photos
Typing piles of receipts into a spreadsheet at month end is exhausting. This tool reads date, vendor, and total fields from receipt photos and builds an Excel-compatible table. It supports six country layouts including Türkiye. Everything runs in your browser. Handwriting causes errors, so verify amounts visually.
Step by step
- Photograph receipts in good light and upload up to 20 images.
- Select the country layout, e.g. day-month-year for Türkiye.
- Compare fields in the preview with the receipt image.
- Fix wrong rows and adjust currency.
- Download the table and keep the original slips.
Example scenario
Hasan runs a café and had collected a month of receipts. He uploaded eighteen photos and downloaded the table. He grouped VAT amounts and fixed vendor names, correcting two handwritten totals from the originals.
Check your result
Compare each row with the receipt image, watching decimal separators. Rephotograph faded slips. This table is for bookkeeping preparation; keep original slips for official filings.
