Scope and assumptions
Image uploads to the OCR server: max 10 MB / 12 MP, existing file-expiry policy applies. Text and edited table are processed in this tab. Country sets number parsing: decimal comma for TR/DE/FR/ES, decimal dot for GB/US. Field detection is rule-based, not accounting validation. Review each document. Each row summarizes one document; line items are not extracted.
Browser tools keep files on your device. Advanced document tools upload files for temporary server processing; the tool shows this before upload. Web lookups send queries to the server and public lookup services.
