Label and Barcode Print Designer: A4 Sheets in Minutes
You run a small shop and need price labels for twenty products. Design software is too heavy, word processors misalign labels, and online tools want a login. This tool runs in your browser: type product name, price and barcode, set label dimensions, preview A4 sheets, then print or save as PDF. CSV import turns a spreadsheet into up to 500 labels in one pass. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Barcodes are drawn with JsBarcode and you can pick CODE 128, EAN 13, EAN 8 or UPC.
Step by step
- Enter product name, price, barcode value and copies, or import a CSV with those four columns in that order.
- Set label width, height, gap and page margin in millimetres.
- Pick the barcode format that matches your product code.
- Click preview to lay out the labels on A4 pages.
- Check the print settings: A4 portrait, 100% scale, no margins, headers and footers off.
- Print or save as PDF, then verify the first page before running the whole batch.
Example scenario
Boutique owner Seda restocks the shelves every Monday. She exports her Excel list as CSV with name, price, barcode, copies, uploads it here and previews 48 labels on two A4 pages. The barcodes scan at the till, the prices match the shelf tags, and she prints on sticker paper without a single misaligned cell. The original Excel file stays on her laptop.
Check your result
Scan a printed barcode with your phone before committing the batch; a wrong format choice rejects the code at the till. If labels overflow A4, reduce copies or shrink dimensions. Store barcode values as text in CSV so leading zeros survive. Keep the total at or below 500 labels per run.

Is my data uploaded?

What print settings should I use?
A4 portrait, 100% scale, no margins, headers and footers off. Print on sticker paper and check the first page first.
